PSU is closed on Monday, 15 January 2018, for the Martin Luther King holiday. Since we won't have a regular class meeting, students teams are encouraged to read the meeting toolbox notes. Teams will have their weekly meeting with their faculty coach.
The team should be focusing their effort on the team contract and project contract. The project contract requires working with the sponsor to define the customer requirements, which were discussed in lecture 1.
Student teams should review the recommendations for meeting with sponsors from ME 491.
The project contract also requires creating a project-level requirements matrix. Notes from ME 491 and the textbook by Mattson and Sorensen should be helpful. The requirements matrix shows the relationship between customer requirements and performance metrics. Refer to the slides for lecture 8 in ME 491.
