Teams have weekly meetings with a faculty coach. The team comes prepared with an agenda and a printed copy of the rubric worksheet. Faculty coaches use the worksheet to provide scores on four categories:
- Meeting Productivity
- Professional Behavior
- Results for the Week
- Progress Toward Project Goals
The rubric worksheet supplied by the team should be derived from this Excel spreadsheet template.
Capstone teams and faculty coaches should refer to the (PDF version) of the explanation of the rubric. The last page of that document provides a recommendation scale for scoring each category of the rubric.
