Welcome to Monsere @ PSU

Hello! I'm an Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and an affiliated faculty member of the Center for Transportation Studies at Portland State University. I received my BSCE from the University of Detroit Mercy (Detroit, Michigan) in 1995; my MSCE with an emphasis in transportation from Iowa State University (Ames, Iowa) in 1997; and my Ph.D. in civil engineering at Iowa State University in 2001.
