CS250 exams

	  There are two midterms and a final.

	  Only two out of the three exams will contribute to the final grade.

	  There is no make up for missing one of the three exams.
	
- 
	  Exams are closed book, notes, calculator, cell phone, etc.
	
- 
	  The format is multiple choice.

	  Bring a scantron form for each exam.
	  
 Scantron forms are available from the bookstore.
- 
	  The content is according to the schedule.
	
- 
	  Examples of exam questions are available both
	  without solution
	  and
	  with solution.
	
- 
	  Midterms are held at the time of the lectures.
	  
 See the schedule for
	  the dates and the material covered by each midterm.
- 
	  The midterms are returned graded in class only once.
	  
 If you miss a graded midterm,
	  collect it from the teaching assistant during office hours.
 You can have each midterm mailed to you.
 For this, give a stamped self-addressed envelope to the instructor.
- 
	  The final is not returned.
	
- 
	  The final is comprehensive of all the material
	  covered according to the schedule.
	
- 
	  The final is held according to the 
	  
	    university schedule unless explicitly stated
	  on the class schedule.
	  
 The classroom is the same as the lectures, but
	  typically, day and time of the final differ 
	  from those of the lectures.
