Notes:
Hiram Way and his wife and family moved to Tennessee shortly after the Civil War and bought several hundred acres of land near Telford, Tennessee. Hiram farmed and established and tannery there. He also sold feed and grain. Through the years, parcels of land were sold until about 150 acres remained in the farm. Several acres were donated to establish the Methodist Church and cemetery. Both Hiran and his wife and two daughters (Alice and Harriet) are burried in this cemmetery.
