What are some good enablings?

• The Deaf, communcation disorders
• Reunions, find old classmates
• Nobody knows your ugly, old
• Pathologicaly shy
• Housebound
• Disease support groups
• Dating and match making
• Keeping in touch with people you don't see face to face
• telepresence
• Contact anywhere anytime
• Anonymity - Whistle blowers, speaking truth to power.
• music sharing

What are some bad enablings?

• Narcism
• stalking/ ease of finding address, phone numbers,schedule
• Internet bullying
• on-line affairs
• ignoring actual friends for on-line friends
• sexual predators
• isolation in the real world
• Anonymity - Lies and Deception, people take less responsibility
• People don't self-censor their thoughts
