This project should be a systolic/cellular chip that will be able
to mimique the eye of the dog trying to catch the bone.
The bone is a white dot, and the dog's eye should calculate the XY coordinates
of its center. Must be Very Very fast.
Instead of this project, you can take any Image Processing Chip
using cellular automata, SIMD processor, or systolicism.
Edge detection, window convolutions, transforms, thinning, centering, etc.
