        This is the third shadowknight test. Speak with Lord Korzin and
        ask him "What is a skull of torture?" and he'll tell you that
        the skull is an artifact of Cazic-Thule which was stolen and now
        is hidden somewhere in the Tower of Kurn.

        The skull he is refering to is "A Glowing Skull", which can be
        found on a Greater Scalebone in the second floor basement of
        Kurn's Tower.

        Return the Glowing Skull and the Squire's Khukri and you'll
        receive a Knight's Khukri.
