        This is the second shadowknight test. After completing the Test
        of the Pawn, You have to ask Lord Gikzic "What greater concern?"

        This is the tome "The Origins of Pain" that was stolen by
        froglok raiders. You are given one page of the tome (page 10)
        and told to collect the other 9 pages and the binder from the
        raiders. These pages and the binder drop from Froglok Raiders
        which spawn near the Iksar Bandit Camp in the Swamp of No Hope.
        All the pages are LORE except for page eight, so you just have
        to keep killing them until you get all ten. Page ten is also
        NO DROP. I would imagine identify will differentiate them as
        well.

        You then combine the pages in the binder and return the tome and
        knave's khukri to Gikzic and you will get a Squire's Khukri.
