        This is the first shadowknight test.

        Lord Gikzic in the Temple of Terror hands you a "Sarnak Head
        Pack", and asks you to fill it with four Sarnak Whelp Heads
        (dropped by Sarnak Hatchlings in the Lake of Ill Omen).
        Fill the sack with four heads and combine it to craft a "Full
        Pack of Sarnak Heads". Return this and your Pawn's Khukri to
        acquire the Knave's Khukri.

        If you accidentally destroyed your newbie khukri, do the Penance
        quest to get a new one.
