Initial gigantic access change.
Zones with existing levels or changes of access levels are in italic,
ie. PoP:BoT previously accessible at level 62 was lowered to 57. |

PoR:ToB lowered open access from level 72 to 68.
"Harmonic Dissonance" Special Progression AA (automatic at Level 68) added then or later. |

Auto-Grant Levels
I didn't use AG ASAP so not as aware. During TBS AG was up to level 90 (HoT, Exp 17(=21-4).
Still need to confirm, but suspect AG was raised to include level 95 (VoA, Exp 18(=22-4). |
