Poster Review
Posters will be available in EB 450 during our regular class meeting time. Please come by to look at your posters. Otherwise there will be no class meeting this week to allow you to wrap up your project presentations and add polish to your hardware.
Capstone Showcase
The big event for the week is the Capstone Showcase
- Poster Session: 2:00 - 4:30 PM – Set up before the Presentations
- Set up from 10:30 to 11:45 AM
- Each team gets a poster frame
- Most teams (unless they've made arrangements for alternatives) will have a table
- Bring some printed materials (half-sheet or full-sheet summaries) to give to visitors. Have your contact information on the materials
- Presentations
- Upload your presentations to D2L no later than 11:00 AM on June 7.
- Let GWR know in advance if you are using video or other formats not contained in a single PDF or PPTX file
- Practice your presentations out loud and time yourself. You must stick to your allotted time
