Here I am heading into Penrhyn Mawr to demonstrate a rescue during my BCU 5 Star assessment. This is an overfalls with 5-6 knots of current running left to right and wind waves from a force 5 coming across. They don't make it easy ;-) [ Thanks to Shawna Franklin for taking this picture! ]
