I am currently working on topics related to superimposed information management. Specifically, I am working on building architectures to retrieve excerpts and context of base information, and on ways of representing excerpts and context of base information. I am also interested in bi-level (base and superimposed information) query formulation and execution.

I have developed the Superimposed Pluggable Architecture for Contexts and Excerpts (SPARCE) for use in superimposed information management systems. I first developed SPARCE to demonstrate my research proficiency in the Research Proficiency Exam at OGI/OHSU.

Professor David Maier is my advisor. I also work with Professor Lois Delcambre and others in the SLIM team in the Datalab. I have contributed little bits to the Footprints and Forest projects in the past.
