1) Read Chapters 1 of the text book

1) a. Find (and install if necessary) a version of SML

   b. Create files with the examples in Class Exercise 1 and 2.

   c. Load these into SML.

   d. Test them out by typing some examples.

   e. Cut and paste your session, print it out, and hand it in
      during class on Wednesday. Don’t forget your name.
