Dye Study 1 was conducted on June 16, 1999 on the Lower Bull Run River.

	Jeff Leighton is about to release the Rhodamine WT dye into the Lower Bull Run River just below the headworks diversion pool (RM 6.5).
	Dye plume just above the Lamphrey dam below the headworks facility.

	The dye plume then arched across the Plunge Pool short circuiting the large volume of water (RM 6.2).
