The 60 MB size is given for the old QIC-24 tape drives.  I don't know why
they haven't changed it or even made a reference to it being 120 MB for
the QIC-120/QIC-150 drives.

When a DC600A tape is put into a QIC-150 drive, the drive tests the tape
and determine that it can record on it in QIC-120 mode.
