You can call Solbourne at (800) 447-2861 and ask them about Solaris
2.3, but I would imagine that this port has been cancelled.  As far as
X11R6 is concerned, you could just compile it from source and install
it yourself.  It is designed for portability and is really not all
that hard to compile on SunOS (which OS-MP 4.1C is to an application)...
