Attached is a write up for noradioactive (noradioactive.org), and the
full decompiled code (noradioactive.py; the Swahili has been
translated) referenced in snippets in the writeup.

Our attack worked perfectly against the service on our machine, and
was accepted and launched 10 times against opponents (we submitted
very late), but it failed all 10 times :P We think this is because the
users we attacked had patched their services; please let me know if
there is another interpretation of the "failed" status.
