Please use the AEWG-46 Registration form and Abstracts for Technical Program for registering by post or FAX.

Emailed registration is welcome.  Conference registration should be sent to Joni Bauman. (joni@cecs.pdx.edu)

Paper titles and abstracts should be sent to the Technical Program Chair. (nordsr@pdx.edu)

Emailing with the .pdf form 

If you only have the free Acrobat reader, you will not be able to use it for registration by email.

If you have the Acrobat package, you can create form distribution format (.pdf) files by (1) filling in the form, (2) exporting the form through the "export from form" item under the File Menu. Once stored, (3) this form can be emailed to the Technical Program Chair. 

Emailing without Form

Please provide the information requested in the AEWG-46 Registration Form in the email, which includes Name, Title, Preferred Name for Badge, Company, Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Phone, FAX, and Email.  Payment for registration fee can be made by Check or Money Order payable to Portland State University, Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Conference Fees for the AEWG-46 are as follows:

Primer only.                              Fee: US$50

Primer and Technical Sessions   Fee: US$125.   Non-member Fee:  US$150

Technical Sessions only             Fee: US$100.   Non-member Fee:  US$125

Registration for Technical Session (Aug 5^th and 6^th) includes Dinner Cruise on Aug 5^th

Guest(s) attending social events which include Mixer, Dinner Cruise and Icebreaker   Fee: US$50 per Guest

Hotel reservations should be made individually.
