Consideration of using Video Conferencing

The format of the primer is under consideration.

As a possible variation of the technical primer, the technical program chair would like to consider using Portland State Universities video conferencing classrooms to create video streams. Prior to deciding on using a video format, the program chair wants to encourage a discussion and/or request opinions of video conferencing and as a viable concept for AEWG-46 and further potential for making these video streams available after the conference on line.  Hopefully enough feedback will be reached for a decision on using video conferencing for the primers by the spring.
