Education:	PhD Student (Electrical & Computer Engineering) MS in Computer Science Qualifying examination for the profession of Engineer passed in the first session of year 2002 at University of Pisa. 5-year "Laurea" in Nuclear Engineering - Innovative nuclear systems at University of Pisa (Italy) on December 12th, 2001. My thesis pertained to the application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) data to neutron-transport simulations (using the MCNP code) for radiation-treatment planning in Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) for cancer.
