Fukuoka is the largest city of Kyushu Island.
Fukuoka has a population of 1.27 million. The rich natural beauty of Fukuoka
has attracted both Japanese and foreigners. Near the conference site are Hakata

Located near from Korea and China, Fukuoka has flourished as an international
city since ancient times. Fukuoka is now experiencing dynamic growth and
development as a hub city for East Asia. Numerous international air and sea
routes throughout the Asia and Pacific regions converge on Fukuoka.
As an information source befitting the Asian core city of Fukuoka, Fukuoka
Software Research Park (SRP) has been built at Seaside Momochi.

modern facilities for conferences and meetings.
