Material Covered in Lectures in 2005. Winter.
This material does not cover projects.
Look elsewhere to lectures that were related to projects introduced this year.
When I refer below to section or chapter, I mean my slides from WWW Page.
This is only projected material. Sometimes we go faster or slower, depending on class understanding of material.
After completing this class you are able to design your own robot that:
(1) communicates in English, (2) avoids obstacles and plans its movements through labyrinth,
(3) searches for best solutions, (4) makes simple rational decisions based on rules.
In addition, depending on your project, you learn how to design a robot that speaks and sees you using advanced robot vision software.
