Search Algorithms Complexity Page

We are interested in the following problems:

1. Is GA( the Genetic Algorithm ) really representing Darwinian Evolution? 

2. If not, why it is used commonly as its model?

3. If GA is not representing Darwinian Evolution, can we create another formal computer model of evolution that would be truly
representing modern darwinian ideas?

4. There are many "no free lunch" theorems, which limit the power of GA and other stochastic search algorithms. Some researchers conclude from this
that the Universe did not have enough time to evolve the first cell and then humans with their consciousness. Are these arguments valid?
Observe that these arguments can be proved or refuted only using mathematics.
