COURSE STATEMENT
Public investment in transportation infrastructure is significant – nearly $64 billion dollars was spent by all levels of government on capital outlays for highway projects alone. It is imperative that investment be made in an economical manner. This course will provide students with a basic understanding of the concepts. Students desiring a more complete consideration of the topic should consider USP 537Economics of Urban Transportation in the School of Urban Studies and Planning.
