Given #1, what is the margin of error in this case? 3. given #2, can you measure 1 add instruction. 4. heuristically given 100 ticks per second how could you construct an experiment that MIGHT let you measure the speed of events <= the answer in 2? (hmmm... someone in the class knows the answer to that). If you don't for some reason know what "heuristic" means look it up.
