Thermal Management Laboratory:
Sponsors and Supporters
The Thermal Management Lab has been an idea for several years.
We're in the process of turning that idea into a reality.
I've gotten plenty of ``atta-boys''. We've also been given
important contributions from the people and organizations listed on
this page. If you've helped us out and your name is not on this
page, please let me know
so I can correct the oversight.
- Cash Grants
- In Kind Donations of Equipment, Time, Supplies

In approximate chronological order
- In Winter/Spring 1999
InFocus, Inc sponsored a
senior design project
that resulted in the building of our flow bench. InFocus paid for
two flow benches. They kept one and we kept one.
- In Winter/Spring 1999
the Tektronix, Inc Measurement
Business Division sponsored a
senior design project
that resulted in the accumulation of some helpful supplies.
In addition, Chris Coleman provided the idea for the project,
boundless energy, ideas, and time in support of the students.
He also shepherded parts through the Tek model shop.
- In Spring 2000 the Tektronix, Inc
Measurement Business Division, through the effort of
Brian Wood, donated an
engineering prototype of TLAxxx logic analyzer. We are using this device
both as a ``specimen'' for students to examine, and as a data acquisition
computer.
