Handwriting Glorification

With the popularity of tablet PC, it is something necessary to glorify people's handwritings.For this sake, we introduce a hierarchical approach to glorify handwritten text at two levels: word level and character level. At word level, we firstly locate the words, correct the baseline skew, eliminate the slant and normalize the size of the words. And then we arrange the layout between words. At character level, recognition based segmentation is carried out to divide the words into various parts and these parts are re-arranged according to the word normalization model.
