The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering is located in Suite 160 of the Fourth Avenue Building, 1900 SW 4th Ave on the Portland State University campus. The Fourth Avenue Building is adjacent to the NW Center for Engineering Science and Technology, the home of the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Electrial and Computer Engineering offers B.S. degree programs in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M.S. and M.Eng. degrees and Ph.D. degree programs in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
