This is the second term of an approved two term undergraduate and graduate sequence. The second term's goals are to continue the study of CMOS circuit and logic design. A laboratory is integrated into the lecture and students will gain skills in device and small scale integrated circuit simulation, and CMOS IC layout.

This course is organized with two lectures per week.

This course is taught at Portland State and distributed by streaming video at the Oregon Center for Advanced Technology Education (OCATE). The Portland State location is URBN 204. OCATE is located at 185th and Walker Road in Beaverton, OR. The course includes laboratory assignments that require access to Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering computing facilities in the Suite 70 in the Fourth Avenue Building.
