DATES
- Monday, August 13 - Friday, August 17, 2001
TIMES
- Regular sessions will begin at 8:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM, with Fridays session ending at 12:00 noon.
- Refreshments will be service at 8:00 AM daily and at breaks. Lunch periods will be from 12:00 to 1:30.
LOCATION
- Classes will be held at Portland State University, (PSU), located in downtown Portland. Detailed information will be sent to registrants.

Fees

All registration materials must be received BY JULY 23, 2001. Fees include lectures, course materials, refreshments, and a Certificate of Completion.

Early Registration
- $1495. Registration form and payment must be postmarked BY JULY 9, 2001.
Late Registration
- $1695. Registration form and payment postmarked AFTER JULY 9, 2001.
Group Discounts
- A 15% Discount will be granted when six or more people from the same company location register for the course.
Refund
- A full refund will be given for cancelations received at PSU by mail, phone, or e-mail, prior to July 23, 2001. NO refund will be made for a cancelation notice received on or after July 23, 2001, or for non-attendance. A substitute may attend in the place of the registered participant.
