HW 3: Intellectual Property

Find information (on the Internet or elsewhere) about a patent infringement case that came to trial in the last five years.  Explain the position of both sides, state the court's decisions, and the penalties that were assessed, if any.   Then tell me your opinion: was this a good decisions, and was the penalty appropriate?  Explain why you hold this opinion.

Your essay in answer to this question should not exceed 400 words.  Specify your sources (your bibliographic citations are not included in the 400-word limit).  Try to be objective when reciting the facts.  Here is the rubric
