Prove that/Demonstrate how repeated division by 5 will convert an
arbitrary decimal number into its pentimal representation.
 Part 2

Explain why hexadecimal and octal are used to express binary values.
I.e. "Why not just use the raw binary values?" and
"Why not base6 or base9?"
