#	This file is part of __Perverse__, a masochistic entry for
#	The Fifth ICFP Programming Contest (ICFP 2002).
#
#	Perverse is the result of a last-minute decision to enter.
#
#	Functionally, this entry is a simple state machine using A*
#	pathfinding. It should shuttle back and forth to the home bases
#	and deliver packages; other robots are mostly ignored.
#
#	A simple cost heuristic tries to keep the robot a little bit
#	away from water to reduce the risk of death.
#
#	About the name: C++ is a horrible language in many many ways.
#	In addition to which, I haven't used it in a serious manner for
#	almost three years (in favour of executable UML).
#
#	Yesterday, I realized that entering this contest without any
#	planning, using a clumsy language that I'm furthermore rusty
#	with, can fairly be described as "perverse".
