Registration Fee:
The Symposium registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions,
coffee breaks, lunches, banquet and a copy of the symposium proceedings.
The student fee does not include the banquet.
Banquet tickets may be purchased separately at the symposium site.

Refund Policy:
Advance registration fee will be refunded only on written request,
mail or faxed, and received by 4/19/2000.
A $ 60 processing fee is charged for each refund.

Any registration after April 19, 2000 (postmark cut-off) will be charged
the on-site rate. On-site Symposium payments must be made by U.S. dollars cash or
